Rajesh is the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Iron Mountain Data Centers India. Among the portfolio of operations he oversees, his primary focus is on expanding hyperscale, enterprise, and AI-ready data center infrastructure to support the next wave of cloud adoption. He brings a wealth of experience working at the intersection of the telecom, cloud, and data center ecosystems, building and transforming digital platforms across India and global markets.

Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Nxtra by Airtel, where he led the transformation of the business from a captive unit into one of India’s leading data center platforms, driving strategic hyperscale and edge expansion. Prior to this, he led large-scale infrastructure operations and built global platforms across leadership roles at Netmagic (NTT) and Reliance Globalcom, accelerating growth across colocation, cloud, and managed services.

Rajesh believes that India’s digital economy is entering a phase where infrastructure, rather than just innovation, will determine the pace of growth. He is actively focused on solving long-term capacity, power, and sustainability constraints.
