Pradeep has over 28 years of industry experience in orchestrating product creation and delivery through cutting technologies in electronics and digital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.

Pradeep joined Eaton in 2022 as Vice President for Digital Transformation. Prior to Eaton Pradeep worked with Philips as a Senior Director and Head of Digital Innovation. He has also worked with TPVision, NXP Semiconductors, Texas Instruments and Sasken spanning across business verticals of consumer electronics, automotive infotainment and semiconductors.

Pradeep is responsible for driving Eaton’s strategic priorities in India. In his role he focuses on strengthening customer and partner engagement, building a unified culture, driving engineering effectiveness, shaping the future vision of Eaton’s product portfolio, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions that fuel long-term, sustainable growth.
