He currently serves as Head of Gas & Power Procurement at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India), where he is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for natural gas, LNG, electricity, and other critical energy resources supporting one of India's largest integrated steel manufacturing operations.

With a strong blend of commercial, technical, and regulatory expertise, Vivek has led numerous initiatives focused on energy cost optimization, supply security, contract management, and market risk mitigation. His professional experience encompasses global LNG sourcing, energy market intelligence, open access power procurement, regulatory compliance, strategic sourcing, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements across domestic and international markets.
