• A goal-oriented professional with 36 years of experience in Execution of Nuclear Power Projects, Design Engineering, Detail designing of NPPs using 3-D software at HQ, Procurement of approx. all Structure, System and Components pertaining to Turbine Island Package and Nuclear Standard Pumps, Field Engineering at Project Sites and QA at Regional QA Centre Bhopal.
• Experience in finalizing terms & conditions of contracts & settlement of agreements; leading project coordination, execution, reporting & documentation
• Installation of state of art remotely controlled Nuclear Fuel Handling machine, Fueling Machine Bridge and Column, Fuel Transfer and Spent Fuel Storage Equipment and installation of Shuttle Transport Tubes.
• Installation of all types of Stationary and Rotary equipment of a Nuclear Power Plant, Carbon steel and Stainless Steel piping of various process systems, hydro-testing, flushing and handing over of these systems to Commissioning/Operation & Maintenance.
• Experience in conceptual as well as detail design. Completed the detailed design related activities pertaining to Design of AC and Ventilation Systems of twin 700 Mwe power projects viz. Kakrapar Atomic Power Project -3&4 and Rajasthan Atomic Power Project -7&8 simultaneously.
• Experience of managing Field Engineering Section as Head of Field Engineering at RAPP-7&8. Overseeing that the works are done as per design specifications and drawing. Close co-ordination with concurrent project, KAPP-3&4, utilizing the feedback and providing prompt design solutions to RAPP-7&8 execution team.
• Experience in managing RQAC-Bhopal, QA office wherein Class-I Nuclear components like Moderator Hx, D2O Hx, PCP Motors, Turbine and accessories, Switchgears are being manufactured.
• Procurement of all Structure, System and Components pertaining to Turbine Island package of upcoming fleet mode 700 MWe PHWR.
• Procurement of Primary Coolant Pumps, Safety Class Pumps, Blowers and Compressors of upcoming fleet mode 700 Mwe PHWR.
• Possess exceptional relationship management & negotiation skills with proven capabilities in liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and external agencies
• Expertise in devising significant solutions, during project execution and commissioning for making effective utilization of man, machine, method & materials based on project schedule and developing quality and audit standards for achieving excellence
